Carla, Richie & Matt are extremely dedicated and passionate about creating personal and memorable dining experiences in unique parts of the Coffs Coast.

Using their many years of kitchen experience in high-profile kitchens, including working alongside Matt Moran and Colin Fassnidge, Carla and Richie are dedicated to creating beautiful, approachable menus. 

Heading up the Front of house, Matt's attention to detail and passion for customer service is unwavering. Matt is always looking to elevate the dining experience with impeccable customer service and staff knowledge.  He takes great pride in mentoring and developing the front-of-house team, and creating a relaxed and welcoming space. With a passion for great dining experiences, exceeding guest expectations, and a calm approach to service, this team of 3 cannot falter.

With a strong focus on building relationships with local producers, this is reflected in our ever-changing seasonal menus. We take inspiration from the country and the coastline to create modern, elegant, and creative dishes that show off the ingredients in their true glory.
